TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.This Promotion is valid from 1st March to 09th April 2026 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2.End consumers of Delo Gold Ultra 15W-40 engine oil in Sri Lanka during the Promotion Period (“Participants”) are eligible to participate in the Promotion. Participants must be Sri Lankan nationals and cannot be an employee of Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC (“Chevron”), Chevron’s advertising or activation agencies or their family members of such employees.
3.To join the Promotion, Participants will have to scratch the sticker placed on the front of the can to reveal the unique secret code (“Code”) and send the Code to [2343] (“Hotline”). Once a valid Code is received, an instant message will be sent to the Participant.
4.Participants are allowed to use any mobile network in Sri Lanka to send the secret code to the Hotline. Any and all charges associated with sending the secret code shall be borne solely by the Participant.
5.Each valid Code represents one (1) entry for the raffle draw during the Promotion Period. Chevron reserves the right to reject or accept any entry.
6.During the Promotion Period, a total of 100 winners will be randomly selected and each winner will receive a household gift item selected by the raffle draw process. Chevron will, through an authorized call center, contact winners with details on how to collect the Prize and/or to verify any required details before issuing the Prize.
7. The household gift item can be redeemed until the 31 of May 2026 at any Singer Showroom in Sri Lanka. (The outlet location preference to redeem the gift must be confirmed during the call center verification process – refer Clause 06)
8. The Prizes, promotional in nature, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
9. This Promotion is subject to compliance with US export control and trade sanctions laws. For the avoidance of doubt, Chevron reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any Participant or otherwise rescind/withhold a Prize awarded to a person who is subject to economic sanctions or any trade restrictions imposed by the U.S. government; debarred or excluded or declared ineligible to participate in U.S. government contracts, or contracts, grants, or other programs financed in whole orpart by the U.S. government; or listed on any applicable government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Chevron shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with such exclusion or disqualification.
10.If any Participant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any restrictions, as may be determined by Chevron, the Participant will not be entitled to a Prize in any circumstances.
11. Chevron’s decision will be final in relation to any dispute or issue (including the eligibility of any customer) relating to the Promotion. Chevron will not enter into any correspondence or communication with any party in relation to such decisions, except for the dedicated hotline below.
12. Chevron reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel the Promotion, or to amend, modify or change these Terms and Conditions, the Prizes, the Promotion mechanics or any rules at any time without liability or prior notice. Chevron shall not be liable to any Participant for any loss or damage arising from such cancellation or changes.
13. Chevron, its affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, or any other claim arising directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law. All Prizes are supplied subject to the manufacturers or suppliers (Singer Sri Lanka) terms and warranties. Any complaints, disputes, defects, or damage relating to the Prizes must be directed to the manufacturer or Singer. Winners are responsible for using the Prizes in accordance with the manufacturer’s safety instructions.
14. By participating in this Promotion, you consent to Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC and its authorized service providers collecting and processing your personal data (your name and mobile phone number) solely for the purposes of (a) administering and operating this Promotion; (b) verifying your eligibility and entries; (c) conducing the raffle draws; (d) contacting you if you are a winner; and (e) arranging delivery/redemption of the Prize. Your personal data will be shared only with ZMessengers (the activation agency) and Singer Sri Lanka (for prize redemption) and will not be used for any other purpose. The data will be retained for a maximum of six (6) months after the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be securely deleted, unless longer retention is required by applicable law. You may at any time withdraw your consent, request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Please note that withdrawal of consent may result in you being unable to participate in the Promotion or receive a Prize.
15. You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) request deletion of your personal data (subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it); and (d) withdraw your consent at any time.
